So if you have:
- 1 Vu+ Solo2 connected with S1 and S2 and also have a lot of recordings on the HDD
- 1 Vu+ Solo2 connected with T (no HDD)
Can you record from S1 and S2 and also from the other boxs tuner T,
and also playback different recordings from both boxes,
all at the very same time ?
Can anyone else confirm angelofsky1980 statement, please refer to some documentation.

Solo2 has two dvb-s2 tuners and you can use dvb-t USB external tuner with it. Unsure if you can record/add channels from external dvb-t tuners (don't have one to test it) to 2nd solo2 over the network using tuner server. I assume it's not possible but I can be wrong.
You can use both tuners for sharing over the network using mentioned above tuner server. If your 2nd solo2 has no hdd recording will not be possible on that unit (as there is no storage).
You can share 1st solo2 hdd with 2nd unit (with no hdd) and playback files saved on hdd.
As far as I know there is no documentation for the above excluding the one issued by vu. However if @Angelofsky1980 has already written here there is no need to ask about any documentation as his knowledge is beyond any kind of documentation, believe me
Thanks,
so the last question is if my 1st solo2 with hdd can record my 2nd vu+ box DVB-T tuner?
This is a very nice feature that ADB boxes have so you don't need to have a lot of unpleasant cable pulling in your house...
Perhaps not of interest for you, but ... here it comes...it work like this for me:
Solo2 external USB-T receiver --> PC with VLC
TV:
streaming by m3u-file made by tuner server or by web i/f == OK
streaming transcoded stream m3u-file made by tuner server and edited or by web i/f == NOK
Radio:
SATradio from favorite folder web i/f == OK
IPradio from favorite folder web i/f == NOK ((I know, just to clearify))
I guess this goes for xbmc, another STB or whatever too....
