Multichannel Audio ??

Hello community ,

i don't know if anyone else has experienced this but sometimes i have the feeling that i don't get multichannel audio surround or dolby digital.....

I have my ultimo connected to a pioneer av receiver...and i have all settings in BH to downmix OFF so i can get best sound around my speakers..

Any suggestions ??
