Multiple XEPGDB Providers in Extended Flash?

I see in the thread titled "How to Set Up Crossepg {XEPGDB} on a USB stick, it says

*On the first generation boxes (Solo, Duo, Uno and Ultimo), it is a good idea to only select 2 or 3 providers as the epg data fills up the memory very quickly*. On the Solo2 you can select all packages without any issues.

Is this still true if I use a Solo with Extended Flash?

Am I safe to select more providers on a box running in a parallel universe on a 4GB stick?
