New vu+ duo box/remote. Tried to set remote up for tv. Was inputting code (following instructions) when mute icon froze on screen. After a reboot it disappeared but now vu+remote has lost ability to mute and volume! Don't think it's the remote ... took batteries out for 2 hours. Did a factory re-set but that didn't help. Any ideas?
