We have skins only on image server.

If your network works then you can download from the server.
Maybe Gateway isn't good for you in a network setup.
Usually the address of your router.

Network is OK. Gateway, DNS, all ok.
Upgrade BH Image from internet work, but not work plugins, skins server for me.

It is very strange , even impossible.
As far as I know it is the same server.
Are you using an original rather than a backup image ?
Did you perhaps insert some plugin that sends you to another server ?
Do you know where the skins are, for download ?
green button>>yellow>>Addons Download manager>>Black Hole Image skins>>OK

otherwise I don't know why you have such a problem
