my box solo2 stopped in starting

hello my friends
i need help in returning my device to work as i uploaded back up and stopped in starting . this back up was taken from the same device . what is your opinion in solving such problem . please reply quickly .

Try turning the receiver off, at the rear, then turning it on again. This sometimes will get it to boot up.
Failing that turn the receiver off, go to your PC, format your USB stick, to FAT 32, or try another one, load a different image, then try loading this onto your receiver, following the guides.

i tried all steps you said but no answer from the reciever and still stopping on restarting
please if you or any members have the same problem help me to solve it either with programs or anything else facilitate returning the reciever to work

It's a genuine box?
 
One person, that had a similar problem, held in the poser button, while switching on, at the rear, when trying to re-load the image, this worked for him.
 
I have the same^^ issue with 2.1.2. Going back to 2.0.8 made the Solo2 work again. Looks like nothing makes the box actually flash the drive.. Factory reset doesn't clean out the drive either (only the settings)..

Any advice?
(-yes, I also checked the fat32 USB -and yes, I also checked I have a genuine box)
 
Mm, none that I put in the box. But there are the flash memory of the box..

However...some progress;
- I upgraded version by version and it stopped working on 2.1.1 (stuck on "Starting..")
- I tried to disconnect my external USB drive and did the 2.1.2 -and it seems to work! (I tried a 2.1.2 flash earlier with USB disconnected, with no success)

In the process I rebooted several times. Seems a bit unstable to me, but seems to work now :)
