hi

i bought before 1 week new remote control after my old one has been broken . the remote is not responding to the receiver . if i press any button in remote the tv button light blink not the stb one but nothing changing in receiver . what is the problem ???Vu+_Universal_Remote_Control.jpg

This is a Uno,Ultimo;Solo2,Duo2,Zero,SoloSE remote.
You must re-program it to be usable with Duo and Solo boxes.
