My Vu+solo2 is Dead

Hello,
my solo2 was working normally but I noticed before this problem occurs a message appears on the front meaning that the device blocking.
Now I can not update by Flash Disk or by null-modem cable i think the bootloader is corrupt.
yesterday i try to connect box by null-modem cable through putty
But only appear incomprehensible message :
□□□□□□×□□×□□
and i can not write commands
please help me
