Nat Geo HD gone on 28.2E

Hi all. Can anyone else get Nat Geo HD just now? I just have a black screen, and it's been like this all day. I can get the standard definition service, and as far as I can tell all the other channels. I tried rescanning the receiver in case the frequency had changed but it made no difference. Anyone got any ideas?

I have a Vu+ Duo, running Black Hole 2.0.9.1.

I genuinely don't understand what that means.
If there was a problem with my card sharing why would only one channel be affected?
