i just want to know how can i create an IPK files ! there is any tool/tutorial can help ?

i did ask my lovely friend "Google" but with no success

First of all you need the Vu+ SDK, a linux machine

It will download all the necessary files to make your own Image, so you would add or modify what ever you want.
