Need help with back up system

Vu+ Newbie
I am presently running my system via Avalon.
Do i need to go back to BH to be able to load the new BH image?

Also i have tried to make a back up but system now does not read my usb. When i try to do a personal backup it tell me that the usb is not mapped but when a tried to do a full back up then usb is read and i can go ahead with doing the back up. Does this back up saves my motor settings etc?

thanks for some advise soonest as i do not fancy having to set up the whole motor system again.

thanks for your quick answer. It seems that to upgrade to this new Bh then we have to do all from scratch, hope it will be worth the trouble.

U can save Bouquet/channel settings using software-manager ,,,,,Save them on /HDD and U can use them again!
And yes the upgrade is worth it,,,there are so many features added to BH 2.0 oe2.0!
