need help

Hi, just got my duo2 today

I am trying to flash 2.0.4, my seem to be stuck, after being prompted to press the power button, I got the following message on the screen. In this order

reading usb
programming
flashing image
the finally been stuck here for a while with this message UBIF5 Update

try another usb
if the issue persist try to flash an original image
if no luck i think that it is an hardware defect.

all sorted, I just used a different USB stick, not sure why the other stick did not work, I have used it many times to flash my old duo

Try to format it again in fat32.
Maybe it wiil work again.
