Network restarts

Every time I want to access my Vu+ Solo 4k via Filezilla or OpenWebif , I have to go to my TV and restart the wifi network on the box. That is very inconvenient as the Vu+ and my PC are a long way apart.

This has been happening since the 3.0.9 and now also on the latest 3.1.0 Blackhole version. It did not happen before, and I could always connect easily to the VU. I have not changed my router or its position. All other devices connect normally. I have tried resetting my router many times, but that does not help.

Any ideas why this is and what I can do about it?

Maybe it’s not this the reason but wi-fi is not an exact science.
One reason might be an interference and this could cause the issue until you restart the IF.
Or, the strength of the wifi signal got weaker: it happens to routers, sometimes.
Actually, if you say it’s a new issue, I’d immediately try to install a previous version, also in OMB, in case.
