It's not so simple like press two buttons add support for this new WinTV device.
I'll add @dpeddi in this thread and we'll evaluate.

We are starting again to backport some new device but we are doing so on new models.

According with LinuxTV-Wiki (https://www.linuxtv.org/wiki/index.php/Hauppauge_WinTV-dualHD) it's an empia device with 2 x si2168 and 2 x si2157.
The main problem can be the simultaneous usage of both demods that seems avaiable only from kernel 4.17 ...
The usage of one tuner (the DVB one) is avaiable from kernel 4.7.

Sorry but on box with 3.x kernel we can accept just request to add USB tuner with already supported hardware, and this is not the case.

Try to ask vuplus to update their kernel and we could reconsider your request.

I already asked for this without success.. If all customer spam them perhaps....
