Vu+ Newbie
Got a Vu+duo2 coming tomorrow, besides reading the instruction is there anything i should know or do when i get the machine.
 
You might want to fit an internal SATA hard drive, there are videos, on youtube, showing how to do it, but it's very basic, and the Duo 2 can take either a 3.5", or 2.5", hard drive.

You have two choices:

Blackhole 2.1.7 and Open Blackhole 0.1

For flash your STB ... you´ll need an USB PEN DRIVE format on your windows PC .... as FAT32...

Download one the images ... unpack it to a folder on your PC ...

Question how long does take to flash the machine , i have been waiting an hour to fininsh.

About 5 minutes to flash a new and virgin image.
About 15 minutes ... to be up again with my entire settings ( as it is ... if i intend to flash newly the image installed ).

Note: One hour to flash a new image as i told ... it´s a very hard long time ... i think you don´t made all traces correctly, even more using a DUO2! :wallbash:

Nex time for support ... Don´t use this section ... Post the threads on the section regarding the image and the VuPlus STB you are using.
