Newbie asking for help

I'm switching from my old dream800HD to my new Solo2. It's a beautifull machine and I'm almost finished my setup.
I have encountered two problems that I can't solve for myself.

The first problem is that the Solo2 can't find any digital terrestrial channel.
I'm using the latest 2.1.7 image with the Hauppauge NOVA-T-HD stick model 368.
Imediatly after inserting the stick the solo2 recognizes it and I can start the scan with setting the ferq on Europe etc.,
but here I'm getting stuck with no channels found. Do I need to setup somethind else or download a driver?
The stick and the cable signal are perfectly fine as if I plug it into my old dream800HD everything is working fine.

The second problem I have is with my viaccess card for RTV Slovenia that perfectly works in the dream800HD CI slot, but the Solo2 CI slot is not working?

You could check your terrestrial.xml file in the etc folder, tuxbox sub folder, to see if you have the right information added.
 
I tryed it but with no results. I even switched xml file with the one from the dream800HD with no effect.

Thanks Mick1234 you were of a great help. After booting the open Black Hole updated image the stick worked perfectly.

As I'm new to the forum I would like to ask maybe even the admin, how to report this bug to the Black Hole team. I would like to know if it will get
support in the upcoming image 2.1.7 updates. I have no problems waiting for a couple of months, but would really like to know if I can hope for the bug fix.

The exact model of the stick is:
Hauppauge WinTV NOVA-T-HD Stick model 368
