newbie blank screen on Blachole update

Vu+ Newbie
Got new Vu+ Solo2 had blackhole image loaded and working cand had backup done to internal hdd
later took option to upgrade software upgrade seemed to run fine. Vu Boxdisplays VU+ SOLO2
and nothing displays on screen

Any advice would be appreciated

thanks for response managed to reimage the box spent a lot of hours yestreday at it but got there in the end
