Hi,
i'm currently thinking about buying a VU+ box, i was choosing between the zero and the soloSE ; now i've installed KODI on my PC and i saw that it's possile to have it on the SoloSE if i'm not mistaken.

My question is; can i install and use kodi con the VU+ the same way as i use it on the PC? Or there are some limitations? Can i add addons via zip file simply putting it in some directory of the vu+ ?
Can i go and buy it without problems?

I enumerated your questions to answer you, so:

( 1 ) - No, you can use XBMC, at this moment XBMC 13.2 ( Gothan ), embedded on Vuplus firmware ( if you buy at least a Solo SE ).

( 2 ) - There are some limitations, according XMBC plugins, they must be builded or moded to work on enigma2 STB.

( 3 ) - Yes, But is recommended to use for it, an HDD.

( 4 ) - Search on our forum ... to see where you can buy it ( according your location - country ), to buy with confidence an original Vuplus STB, not a clone.

Thank you for your quick answer; only one additional question for point nr 2: there is a way to know if a plugin is made or works on enigma2? like a list of working plugins or i've to go search for the plugin developer one by one?
