Newbie questions (VU+ Uno)

Hi all,

I've just bought Vu+ Uno and have a few questions. Must be trivial answers for you, not so simple for me...

1. How to write new image to Vu+ Uno? I''ve downloaded the image, no readme.txt there
2. What's the difference between Personal Backup and Full backup?
3. What's the best app(s) for iOS for Vu+ Uno remote control (channel zapping, timers setting, etc.)
4. Are there any tools to edit bouquets? Doing this with remote is pain in the....
