There is no such receiver, as the Duo mini, listed on the VU+ website, so I'd guess this would be a clone.
Check sites like kingofsat, lyngsat, and flysat, for any transponder changes, channels quite often change PID's, frequencies, and even satellites, as older ones are replaced with newer ones, so look for recent changes and manually scan in the new frequencies.
