no audio on hd channel

hello
i have problem with 2 hd channels(ac3) of no sound.i add audio pid from dreambox edit still no sound. image is black hole 3.0.2.i
how to fix this

Sorry for the basic suggestion but have you checked for other audio tracks in these channels? Surely yes, but if not, yellow and then see if any other audio track is available.

Yes I did check for other but only this audio track is available. Thank you very much for your suggestions.
 
Not without the channel details, so other members can try them, unless, like I suspect, most of us can't gain access, to these channels, as we are located in the UK, or Europe.
Hopefully someone, from your location, can help.

Yes it is.you cannot receive this channel .but in general what might cause this
