Seems no hardware issue and more looks like to switch problem. Did you connect single dish?
no, my cable is too short from the diseqc-switch.. but I have start thinking its the diseqc-switch thats broken again (changed it for about 3 years ago).. perhaps I shuld do a change again.
but strange that the solo2 starts in recording modus from sleep?

If you mean "sleep" as "Standby" and you are connected to Internet (or your LAN/WLAN) and "recording" means REC icon on VFD, somebody is using your box for streaming. End of my comments.
how can I check for that? Changing my password again would that stop it?
The REC icon only appears when I start it from standby (sleep). and it was there before I reinstalled the newest blackhole too..

Try without Internet connection! Verify also what ports are forwarded from your router to your box and close 8001, 8002 and 80.
