No external hard drive

I have an external hard drive 3.5 with its box and fed connected to my perfo vusolose there is no way to stand when the deco was stamby, but with the BH image if it does, is there any solution to this problem ?.

Alguna idea to this topic, pues no puedo el stop hard disk ninguna manera, soil itself pygmaeus it to BH.
 
No one can guide me on this issue and of course if there is someone else with this problem because it is not normal esque in BH and the OBH work can not stop the hard drive and this is serious
