No me Instala Archivos IPK

Estoy intentando instalar archivos ipk desde el deco y no hay manera tengo blackhole 2.15 nunca habia tenido problemas antes.

le doy desde el mando a instalar y en la ventanita de instalacion pone:
wget can't connect to remote host (209.236.115.82) connection timed out

cuando pasa un rato lo vuelve a poner y ay que reiniciar y no instala

por favor ayuda
 
no pasa nada ,el server ha caido ,ami me pasa lo mismo.tenemos que esperae maximo 2dias por la renovacion de los dna servers.Pero como he leido un chaval de espana hace poco menciono que le funcionan
