No Signal all of a sudden

Hi All
For some reason whilst watching tv my signal has all been lost on all channels. I have checked all conections and even checked signal by plugging dish into another receiver. This happened to me a couple of days ago and after around 24 hours i turned box on and all worked

Can anyone please help!
