No Sky HD Channels with Official Subscription on VU+ Duo

Evening everyone,

Please can you help me?

I have just set up my Vu+duo and put the latest BH image on it, with the latest bootloader. I have set the tuners to 28.2E and ran a full manual scan. I have picked up lost of channels.

I have an official SKY UK card with HD subcription, yet I am unable to view any Sky HD channels, such as SKY One HD, yet I can watch ITV 1 HD.

Can someone help?
