no usb update

Vu+ Newbie
I´m trying to update my VU Duo, but I can not get it to update..

The box now has BH 1.6
I´ve got an FAT32 formatted USB stick (tryed a couple of them)

so when I turn it of with the powerswitch, put in the usb drive, turn it back on..
It goes from "starting.." to "VU+ DUO"

so it does not bootup from usb..
but, the usb stick does "lightup" and when the box is turned on, I can browser the usb stick so it does see it..


what to do??
 
yes I know, trying to flash that first..

tryed other images as wel, Pli, VTi, dont flash neighter

Yes, in the front ubs port. (tryed the other 2 also to see if I could do it that way)
no other usb ports are being used.
 
Yeah, goes from "starting..." direct to the BH bootscreen

No usb nothing.
also trying to flash older images, without having to flash bootloader, same thing..

Always use windows quick format ,,,to erase everything,,,then start Unzip new image Direct to USB!

strange, because I´ve flashed the VU before...

Well, fixed the problem!

When this problem happen the first try is to format again the stick under windows in fat32.

You have to remove all other usb devices, and you have to be sure you have in your stick the forlder vuplus/duo with 3 files inside.
Put the stick in the front usb port.
