Vu+ Newbie
hi guys,

I'm a new owner of a vu+ duo, which i bought from a website in china. I paid via paypal and i now believe that this is a fake product. Paypal have asked me to get in touch with vu-plus that make these boxes to get some written email/letter prove that the box i have is fake.

After countless searches i found this thread on your forum:-

http://www.vuplus-community.net/board/threads/vu-duo-clones-help.5897/

My box looks similar to the clone photo :(

The seller is refusing to refund any monies and the only way i can get my money back in order to buy the original is to ask vu-plus to look at photos i can send to confirm if I have a fake, but it has to be.

I'm regretting buying cheap and now i'm paying a heavy price. I don't know who to turn to or how i can prove it.

Do you guys know how i can get in touch with Vu plus? Is there a telephone number i can contact?

Thanks

It is interesting,
how you can buy something over the Chinese site for far less money without to test originality,
and everyone knows that the Chinese do not sell originals.

VU + has an official site, so try

I would recommend to go to the nearest Vu plus authorized dealers at the area were U live, and see if they agree to certify that the Vu you have is not original,,,,,,;) They may help!

Good Luck!

thanks very much for your replies guys.

@ matrix10 - to be honest, i'm not 100% sure if the site is chinese, but its just a guess...it could be taiwanese, korean or some other. i have just had a look at vuplus website, but it only has email links for sales and support. i actually need a uk reseller if possible.

@ a911 - where is the list of authorised dealers for uk?

Thanks again!
