Noticeable changes in version 2.1.6 and possible bugs

1. The Dolby Digital default is turned on in the settings menu but when channels are tuned in they default to NAR when that is number one in the list. It's not the behaviour I'm expecting.

2. Whenever I reflash (ever since I got 2.1.1 as my first version), I get different options in the menus to start and stop and recording and to stop creating a recorded file every time and sometimes have to refresh to get the preferences I want. I do like the fuller lists and in 2.1.5 I had about 5 options for recording and 5 options for stoping watching a recorded file, which I found helpful. At least having these as a setting would be useful so that people can choose what they want.

Sorry in the first line of the second point it should say to stop watching a recorded file instead of to stop creating.
