is there a way to get some sort of Visual notification when i record a program on this image?

i noticed that theres a setting to get the Clock to blink when the receiver is recording,but it doesnt work.

is it possible to get some sort of notification when recording?

I do not know what kind of notification you want.

It is present in the LCD and OSD

i just want some kind of flashing or blinking on the front, just so i can see that im recording, but i cant find anything like that.

Which receiver do you have? As @Matrix10 said, there are two places where you may find the notification marks of recording.

1. If you have a LCD sreen on your reeiver (such as Duo2 ) with BH 2.0.9, the LCD4linux plugin may do the job you want. When recording is in progress, a red mark will display on the right corner of the LCD sreen.

2. Also, there is a red flash mark on OSD. when you are watch a channel, press oky button on your remote control, you will see the red flash mark on OSD information bar.

ok, i found the red mark in lcd4linux, and it works great ,thank you, by the way i have the duo2

it will very usefull to see the red blinkig notification in the tv screen without pressing any button. like camera 'Rec'
