Offline decoding causes crashing

In the last updates of the 4.1 (probably after 4.1.026 but I can't be completely sure about that) began impossible to use the offline decoding, useful if sometimes the card in a module gets deactivated for strange reasons.
I tried several times with several recordings either by Solo4K or by Duo2 and they both crashes and the GUI restarts.
