Since last week onDemand suddenly produces green screen when choosing server.
Has BBC recoded outside UK reception? It used to work perfectly for me in Ireland
Any help welcome please

You now need to create an account on the TUNLR (gatekeeper2) website in order for the OnDemand to work correctly outside the UK. It's a free account but you have to renew every 30 days.

thanks mickd
I have created an acc with tuner.Do I enter the ip number into my current network to make it work?
When you first log in to TUNLR website set up your subscription plan ( free). You will then be brought to a dashboard with your info. It will display your public/external IP. If this is the one you want to use save the settings. After about a minute or so you should be able to use the 2 UK players in the OnDemand plugin. You can change your public/external IP when necessary by logging in and using the dashboard. You also need to renew the account every 30 days.

Hi mickd
Thanks again for your answer.
I have done as you said.I have my gatekeeper acc.on my laptop.I am afraid I am a bit ignorant, but how does the gatekeeper ip address affect my vuDuo box as regards bbdc iplayer or onDemand.Do I install tunlr on my vu box ,and if so how do I get it and how do I put it into the vuduo box.Surely the Tulnr programme on my laptop does nothing for my sat box.
I hope you can help me.The onDemand is such a wonderful plugin when it works. It is working great with my irish stations.

You should not have to do anything else. As long as your laptop where you set up the TUNLR account settings and Vu are using the same external/public IP address the OnDemand should work as normal. If your IP address changes you need to login in and update TUNLR.

this worked fine when I changed primary and secondary DNS on Vu+ as well as PC - intersting to see if it also can be used direct on TV for netflix :)
