All the updates (git commits) are available from the day after.
You can follow git activity in this section and check for image updates every day.

click on Green -> Yellow -> Online Black Hole Image Update

To add the 3rd Party plugin feeds to your image you will need to do the following:

1) Goto Green panel -> Addons and click on Online Black Hole image update as normal.

Then you will need to:

2) Telnet into your box and digit commands:

opkg update
opkg install 3rd-party-feed-configs
