We cannot determine without some device details if it's supported or not

There are 50% to success and the corresponding percentage to fail.
One user of the board sent me his USB DVB deviec but the kind of device wasn't supported anymore because the chipset and the tuner inside are very strange: there are already supported in linux but never in that combination and all tries to implement it are failed.

The device you see are very cheap ... you can invest these euros ... and make finger crossed

Into BH 1.7.4 it's already included the IT913x driver who should drive your economic device.
To help you I need some infos:
- output of the command "cat /proc/bus/usb/devices"
- output of the command "dmesg" after the box has started and the device connected (it's not important if it's recognized or not)
