Only PiP, not PaP in image?

In OpenPLi it's very easy to get Picture and Picture, on this image I cant find that? I only find Picture in Picture.

Long press Blue button and you see PIP enable function

Oh PAP .... I've read wrongly.
I've not seen PAP in action, sorry.
