Open Black Hole ftp dont work

I have vu+uno4k-se and Open Black Hole image.
With last update in meniu reciver, DCC and WinSCP dont work.Why?
With Open Black Hole clean work ftp but when make actualization,the problem exist again.
 
I have Vu+ UNO 4K SE with Openbh as well. And updated to 4.3.039. ftp works, although I hardly ever use it. I prefer scp, openssh-sftp-server and rsync.
