Open Web I/F problem

Hi,
First post
Can some one advise?
I have a VU Duo plus running 1.79 BH. Since the upgrade the "grab screen shot "on the open Web IF does not capture the screen. It just sits there with the rotating blue symbol in the middle. All other aspects work perfectly including remote control EPG , etc.

Hi,
Yes, I normally run latest Firefox 17.01 using windows 7 . Tried IE but exactly same problem. Also switched of Home Network Firewall in case screen grab was blocked. Upgraded from 1.76 directly to 1.79 No problem before.
 
No just BBC news channel. I have zapped to several other SD channels but no difference. I also tried running the web interface from another laptop in case my usual laptop had a problem but same issue on another also. Are there any capture settinging I can change? This is not critical enough to revert back to an older version to check if problem resolved but wonder if anyone else has experienced similar problem with 1.79?

Update
Hi,
This morning having done nothing to solve the problem it is now working perfectly on both Laptops. I can also grab screen shots from HD channels with no problem. Sorry for the bother I can not explain what has changed. The only operating system activity on the box was a standby at midnight and a crossepg download at 02:00 and then standby.
