OpenMultiboot always fails

I never get another image to boot. In the end I have to restore OBH.

VU+ Solo²
Open BlackHole 4.4 (also with previous versions) installed in the flash

Other images installed both on hard disk and USB stick (stick FAT32 and ext3)

OpenMultiboot

What do I wrong?
