Openvuplus duo2 builds

There were no commits in vuplus repositories since Feb. 18th, still there are two new duo2 images available for download since then, Feb. 25th and Mar. 2nd. Do they implement some secret features or fixes or is it just kind of automatic periodic build, though I can't see a pattern (not weekly at least)?
