Openwebif expert settings with Blackhole

Hi,
When I access the Openwebif interface in my browser I see the settings list has a lot less options than that of my friends duo2 running openvix. I want to access the transcoding settings but its not available.
Is there any reason the expert settings have been removed or are they just hidden?
I am running Blackhole 3.
