Opera Browser not working BH 2.08

Vu+ Newbie
Just upped to BH 2.08 all seems ok except when I open opera >open url it says Opera browser was not running, please running browser using File>(start/stop) menu. When I do nothing happens - anyone know how I can fix this problem, was ok in BH 2.07

It works, try to start from home page (menu > file > open start page)
