My vu plus not scaning paksat 38e. Cband - ku band working fine plz help me .

First, I do not know where you live! ...
But in any case, you would need, if you live in Europe, an antenna for sat receiving, at least 350 cm diameter.
Moreover most of the channels, are transmitting using Band C ( Circular Band ), so you should have a LNB for this purpose.
In any case, here is the information of the satellite PAKSAT 1R ( 38º East ).

This is the right solution ...i had same issue on same sat paksat C band..
1- bring C-Band Frequency for the channel "in my example i will use ZAIQA Channel .. C-Band Frequency its "4124 V"
2- Do the following calculation:-
====================
ZAIQA Channel 4124
5150-4124=1026
1026+9750=10776
just try with this new freq 10776
if its not work then do one more step:
10776+600=11376
so this will be your new frequency 11376
finished
do same calculation for the all rest frequency
====================
operation:-
5150 - X = Y
Y + 9750 = Z
your new frequency is "Z"
Try with "Z" if its not work then:-
Z + 600
your new frequency is "Z"
Try with "Z" if its not work then:-
Z + 600= L
your new frequency is "L"
X "C-Band frequency"

This all time work with me, but if same channels not working then try then THE FOLLOWING for those channel which not working only....
AGAIN IF UPPOVE NOT WORK DO THE FOLLOWING:-
VSH News Channel 3992
5150-3992 =1158
1158+10600=11758
just try with this new freq 11758
f its not work then do one more step:
11758+600=12358
so this will be your new frequency 12358

your new frequency is "Z"
Try with "Z" if its not work then:-
Z + 600= L
your new frequency is "L"
