come da titolo ho un problema a configurare il tuner del mio vu+ duo2. immagine bh 2.1.0
chi mi può dare una mano?
grazie a tutti in anticipo.

P.S. sono un neofita per non dire totale inesperto
 
Immagino che lo switch sia un DiSEqC a 4 porte, ma servirebbe sapere la versione del DiSEqC (1.1, 1.2, 2.0, ecc.).
Oppure hai un multiswitch con un LNB "Quattro" (e non 4 LNB separati...;))?
E anche sapere che tipo di LNB e su quali satelliti puntano (comunque 4 LNB separati su una sola parabola sono tantini...)
E poi quante calate ti arrivano fino al decoder.
Ma chi ha fatto l'impianto non ha fornito queste informazioni?
