Pause A Recording

It is possible to pause a recording, example when watching TV would like to pause during the adverts then press pause to start recording again, I can remember when I was a kid I used to be able to do this on my VHS video, it would be nice to be able on my VU+ duo

I don't think so. I didn't try this, but i don't remember this kind of option.

It's not possible to do what you ask...maybe with a plugin you could, but i don't know this...much better to cut adverts after redcording, with your pc and editing software

Well,,,, There is away but ,,,,,,is not conventional....!

You can push the Red Video button while recording, a list will show , then select Stop Recording, later on after the Adverts are finished , push again Red V. and Start Recoding !

this will not work I would like to be able to pause for adverts, then start recording when adverts are finished, your method would not be in one file, I want to record an hour show without the adverts, but just have on video file

maybe a plugin or in a future image update this will be possible, many thanks
