PITA adding timers on Solo 4K

You can simply scroll the channel EPG, select the event you want to record and press the green button to add the timer.

I use a lot of timers. On a new/reset tuner, it takes just short blink to add a timer. Adding SEVERAL more timers, it takes to long time to add them!

I know, but going through the EPG and adding timers (on Solo 4K), it takes HORRIBLE long time adding them!

Try Autotimer, it searches and adds events for you. Also in timer menu there is possibilities for weekly recordings and so on

There are plugins to set timers for recording serie tv, but if you want to record single events you need to add them one by one.
But it work in the same way for any receiver, not just for Solo4K.

The difference is tat it take A LOT more time to add a timer through EPG on Solo 4K or it does on other tuners. I have a VU + Duo and and Xtrend ET10000. It takes less than a 1/10 of time to add timers through EPG on them.

Dont know about the Xtrend, but it should not take more time to add timer on a Solo4k than a Duo with same image.
