I have finally got my VU + Duo,

I have installed black hole / CCam / but I cannot see any channels at all. When I go into the tuner to set this up I don't have option for Sly UK which I think is 28.8? just Astra 19.2 is available. I have setup as simple and still only have Hotbird or Astra 19.2 please can you help?

Also how to download all channels to box?
