Please Help

Vu+ Newbie
I'm trying to flash BH 2.1.5 to my new VU+DUO2, failed completely, I followed all steps mentioned in this forum, I used more than 5 different USB flashes , the receiver just sometimes giving me this message
(no mountable devices found (sda) do you want to open device manager?)
so is there any body can help?
 
Is this the first time you've flashed an image, on your VU+ Duo 2?
Have you checked to see if the bootloader is the latest version?
Have you formatted your USB sticks to FAT 32?

Load the vuplus folder onto your USB stick, switch off your receiver, at the rear, insert the USB stck into the fron USB port, behind the pull down panel, switch on the receiver, using the switch at the rear, hold in the power button, on the front, near where the USB stick is inserted, when it states reading USB stick let go.
Remember to back up your settings, and channel list, using software on your PC.

If you have already done all this, and flashed a Black Hole image before, please post back with more details.
