KODI files are hidden, and require you to show them.
If using filezilla, a free FTP program, go to the server tab, top left, and click on the Force showing hidden files option.
Once done you should see the .Kodi file, under media, and where you stored them, in my case HDD, you might have a USB stick.
It always helps if you post your model of receiver, and if you have an internal hard drive, or USB devices.
