Pluggin essentiel to install after flashing

My vu+ solo just flashed with version 1.7.6.
what do i need to do next ?
what about essentiel pluggin to have ?

I found "TS Panel" very useful,it is a plugin that provides to a few tools, but more important, easy access to thousands of other plugins,cams,skins etc.
Only tricky part is that you cant download it directly , you need to grab it on the net somewhere and install thru usb pen. Doesnt matter if you get an old version, as it can update itself once installed.

User warned. Cams / emus talks are not allowed and ******* is not a plugin accepted here because contains feeds to ILLEGAL material.
