Positioner fine tuning -1 step = how many minutes of a degree?

Hi
When fine tuning my postioner (standard Technomate pole mounted postitioner) one button press moves the dish 1 step East or West as required. Could anyone be able to tell me what the step size is in either minutes of a degree or the number of steps required to traverse one degree.
